Return conditions
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, with the invoice.
- Medicines and medical products requiring special storage conditions cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Non-returnable products
- Opened medicines and healthcare products.
- Cosmetics and personal care products after opening.
- Products marked down as final clearance sale items.
How to request a return or exchange
- Contact customer service within the specified period and provide your order number, product and reason for the request.
- Send the product to the pharmacy address or arrange collection with customer service.
- After inspection and approval, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method or the product exchanged, as requested.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we cover the full cost of the return or exchange without any additional charge to you.
Refund time
Refunds are issued within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method and bank.
